Jeff Lupient: Twenty Years of Automotive Sales Leadership

Jeff Lupient has been in the automotive industry for more than twenty years. For more than two decades, he has led many successful sales campaigns for his family?s chain of automotive dealerships, and has revived sales for particular brands in the Twin Cities area.

Starting at the tender age of 15, Jeff Lupienthas performed odd jobs in his family?s dealerships, including document delivery, customer service, and car exterior cleaning. After finishing his political science degree at Hamline University in St. Paul, he took on the role of dealership manager at the Lupient Buick Pontiac GMC in Golden Valley, then went on to become the executive manager at Jim Lupient Infiniti, also located in Golden Valley.

At Jim Lupient Infiniti, Jeff Lupient overcame various challenges, including the sudden resignation of the dealership?s general manager. Jeff Lupient and his sales team worked hard to regain the trust of the dealership?s customer base, which had drifted away in prior years.

As a result of their hard work, Jim Lupient Infiniti finally started recording positive sales growth for the first time in years, and reached record highs in 2008, 2009, and 2010. In recognition of the efforts of Jeff Lupient and his team, the dealership was awarded the Infiniti Award of Excellence for those three years.
