The flexibility of the Carnival’s seating cannot be overstated. It enjoys a second row of seats that not only slide forward to give third-row riders easy access to their seats but can also be removed entirely. So, for days you need to put a four-legged friend in a crate near you for extra attention on the ride, or you want to keep a cooler full of snacks close at hand, just take out those second-row seats and put in your precious cargo. You can even transform the second-row center seat into a table with cupholders; just fold it down and reveal a convenient place for rear-seat passengers to keep their drinks. Finally, the third-row seats can fold into the floor to make extra trunk space.
The Sorento (2021 & 2022)
Kia makes a pair of three-row SUVs, and we’ll start with the Sorento because it offers a nice combination of family-oriented and adventure-ready features. Like the Carnival, the Sorento can adapt to your evolving cargo and passenger needs. Its second row slides forward and folds down. In the rear, there’s a dual-level cargo floor that aligns with the rear seats when they’re folded down. You can lower it to make room for tall items, from bicycles to furniture to boxes to camping gear.
The Telluride (2021 & 2022)
The Telluride is Kia’s more advanced adventure-ready three-row SUV. It has features that place it firmly in the road-trip-ready space and is perfect for those who want the freedom to explore further. Its available drive modes are a testament to that: with Eco, Comfort, Sport, Snow, and Smart modes, the Telluride allows you to make instant adjustments to things like torque and traction to help you command terrain. You’ll also get an impressive towing capacity of 5,000 lbs, so this three-row SUV is prepared to drag some big vessels behind it.
Thanks to various climate control perks, all rows of passengers will be content, no matter the weather. Dual-zone automatic temperature control gives the driver and co-pilot control of their respective temperatures. Rear automatic temperature control even lets rear passengers set their desired temperature, and rear air vents allow them to decide the intensity of the airflow back there.
