Changes in the 2025 Kia EV6 from the 2024 Kia EV6 Model
With a variety of trims, including the Light, Wind, GT-Line, and GT, along with four powertrain options, you’re sure to find an EV6 to fit your lifestyle. The entry-level model has a 58.0-kWh battery pack, but a bigger 84.0-kWh battery pack in the other trims offers increased driving range. Choose from a rear-wheel-drive option with a single electric motor on its rear axle to an all-wheel-drive with electric motors on both the front and rear axles. The GT-Line AWD models offer either 320 or 576-hp while the Kia EV6 GT high-performance model offers 576-hp with enhancements like adaptive suspension and electronic limited-slip differential.
With a flat floor and its long wheelbase, the EV6 has plenty of rear seating space. Behind the back seats, there’s 24.4 cubic feet of cargo space which expands to 54 cubic feet when the rear seats are folded flat. And, the front trunk has room to keep your charging cables and other accessories.
The Latest Technology in the Kia EV6
You’ll love the handy switchable climate control and hands-free option for your smartphone. Plus, the 2025 EV6 now offers standard Apple CarPlay ® and Android Auto ® compatibility. And, there’s also a fingerprint-authentication system option for added security.
Once again, the EV6 shows Kia’s efficiency with their electric vehicle charging. When hooked up to a level 3 outlet, the 11-kW onboard charger will recharge the EV6 battery to 100 percent in seven hours. But, with 350-kW DC fast charging, the EV6 can charge from 10 percent to 80 percent in less than 18 minutes.
